To request a B-clear Chlamydia Screening Postal Kit, you must be aged 24 or under and living in Staffordshire (North or South), Herefordshire, Shropshire County, Telford and Wrekin.

We aim to get your FREE kit in the post within 72 hours (excluding weekends) and depending upon demand.

Before we can send it to you, we will need to ask some questions. All the information you give us will be treated in the strictest confidence and not shared with anyone not connected with the Chlamydia Screening Programme.

There are questions you will have to answer, such as your name and address, and others you may prefer not to say. However, we would be grateful if you could answer as many questions as possible.

B-clear is part of the NHS. The kit you receive will be the same one used at your local Family Planning, GUM or CASH Clinic. Because we are part of the NHS, your kit and any treatment you may need will be completely FREE. You don’t even have to pay to post it back to us.
