Getting my result online

If you have been screened by B-clear at a clinic, you can get your result online.

To make sure that only you receive your result, you will need to have the following information:
  • Your Chlamydia Reference (the bar-coded sticker beginning NSC...)
  • Your postcode
  • Your date-of-birth (input dd/mm/yyyy)
  • The name of the clinic you went to (choose from the drop down list)
Your confidential information is important to us and we will not disclose your test results to anyone other than you and those directly involved in the Chlamydia Screening Programme. If you do not have any of the information listed above, then we will still get in touch using your preferred method of contact. Or you can call the B-clear confidential information line on 01782 425967. B-clear is available to call weekdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm.

We cannot give you your results via email.

This website uses the same secure methods used for online banking. We go even further by ensuring that confidential information, such as your name and address are never held by this website.
