How will I be contacted?

You will be asked to give your preferred method of contact, and we will then be able to let you know about the result.

It does not have to be your home details.

If it is difficult for you to give an address or telephone number, we can arrange for you to return to the clinic for the results. It is very important that you get the result in case you need treatment.

If you do not want us to contact you, you must come back to the clinic where you had the test done for your result. However, if you are concerned or do not hear from us, then call the B-Clear confidential information line: 01782 425967

B-Clear offer four ways for you to be contacted:
  • Text message
  • Call to your home telephone (or other landline)
  • Call to your mobile
  • Letter
If you choose text, you will receive one of two messages when your results are ready. For a negative result you will get this message:

"U have received the All Clear from B Clear. If you want any further info. Tel: 01782 425967".

If we need to talk to you about your result or offer treatment you will get this message:

"Please contact B Clear on 0800 0320899 between 9am and 5pm and quote this Ref No. (this number is unique to you and will be automatically added to the text you receive)".

If your result is ready, you can receive it online, but you must have the reference numbers given to you when you were screened. For more details, see the "my results" section on this website.

Whichever way you receive the result, it is important that you follow the instructions as soon as possible.
